Not every Hope Home has the same features. Some Hope Homes do not have garages, for example. Other houses have two stories. It just depends on the design of the home we’re building, and in some cases, the homeowner. Those interested in owning a Hope Home may contact the program and inquire about having a home custom built. By getting involved earlier in the process, the homebuyer then has the opportunity to pick the floor plan and many of the home’s features and amenities.

Hope Homes are priced a bit higher than other HDA-built houses due to their size and additional features. Please note that interested homebuyers who apply to own a Hope Building house are welcome to go to any lender or bank of their choosing. We suggest Fahe’s JustChoice Lending, but again, this decision is up to the prospective homeowner. All proceeds from the sale of the homes fund the costs of our training program.
